A brand new luxury product will open in the Kruger National park later this year, and is anticipated to be a very exciting alternative to the park's existing high-end accommodation.
Kruger Shalati ‘Train on a Bridge’ in Skukuza Rest Camp is expected to be opened by Thebe Tourism Group in the Kruger National Park on December 16. The property will initially consist of 16 en-suite carriage rooms, on a train carriage placed permanently on a bridge in Skukuza, as well as seven rooms in the adjacent Kruger Shalati Bridge Guest House next to the bridge. An additional eight carriage rooms will eventually be opened next year. Booking rates will include luxury accommodation, all meals during your stay, house beverages and two game drives per day.
