In a private concession inside the Mudumu National Park in the Zambezi Region (formerly the Caprivi Strip) of north eastern Namibia you will find Lianshulu Lodge nestled in the forest on the Kwando River.
The spacious main lodge area, decorated with African masks and with hand crafted wooden furniture, has plenty of room to relax and raised wooden decks from which to enjoy the views of the Lianshulu lagoon and floodplains. Comfortable accommodation is provided in 11 thatched chalets with private viewing decks set in the riverine forest.
Guided game drives may lead to sightings of buffalo, elephant as well as sable and roan antelope and the sunset boat cruises showcase some of the varied and prolific birdlife.
A beautiful and relaxing spot to include on your exploration of Caprivi.
Freshly produced, delicious food is served in the dining area or outside in the shade of the trees.
The lodge has a total of 11 thatched ensuite chalets in traditional safari style with sliding glass doors leading to a wooden deck.
Children aged 2 and older are accepted but note that there are no specific children's activities or facilities.
