Eight elegant and spacious glass-fronted suites look out from a hilltop over a waterhole and miles of bushveld.
Each suite has its own wide sundeck, plunge pool and best of all, a hammock, from which you can gaze lazily at any passing buck or bird, and a sun-lounger for reading and relaxing. The public areas consist of a swimming pool, formal dining area and an outside boma where delicious food and fine wines are dispensed. There is also a wellness centre and gym for those needing extra exercise or a little pampering, with helicopter transfers available for those seeking a rock star’s lifestyle or a memorable arrival.
The Sabi Sand Reserve has some superb five-star properties, and Leopard Hills is amongst the best of them. The usual frills are embellished by a wellness centre and full-on gym, and by almost guaranteed leopard sightings. If the budget allows, arrive in style by helicopter.
Leopard Hills food is some of the best in the bush and you have numerous places where you can enjoy these delectable treats. Spend your morning after a drive eating breakfast on the deck and a spot of lunch on the upper deck. After your second game drive take a seat in the traditional boma with your fellow safari-goers, or opt for an intimate dinner under the stars on in complete seclusion on your private deck.
Each of the eight luxurious glass-fronted suites comes complete with their own sundeck and rock plunge pool, offering superb views of the African bushveld beyond. African touches seep from every corner creating a cosy feeling against the neutral palate that sports each suite. Our highlight? Use the bath salts in the free standing tub and gaze out onto the bush, simply stunning.
They provide for children about the age 10, but there are no triple rooms available meaning that children would have to be in a separate room. Leopard Hills is seen much more as an adult destination.
