Overview

South of Mombasa, on a quiet stretch of white sand away from the crowds and the busier beaches of the Kenyan coast you will find Almanara, a collection of luxury villas and a five bedroom boutique hotel providing space, privacy and personal service.  

This small, intimate resort has just six villas set back from the beach in a tropical garden around a central swimming pool. Whether you are travelling as a couple, a family or a group of friends, you will have exclusive use of a luxurious three bedroomed villa which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding as each features a spacious verandah, open plan dining and living area and a rooftop terrace. A chef, maid and butler are on hand to make your stay as comfortable and flexible as possible with meals tailored to suit your requirements.  

All meals are included during your stay and are taken in your villa but guests also have the option to dine at Almanara's a la carte restaurant, Sails, renowned for its superb cuisine and a menu that changes every week focusing on freshly caught seafood including lobster, tuna and prawns and locally sourced organic vegetables.  In addition to the villas the boutique hotel is a stunning five bedroomed house with all the luxuries you would expect from one of Africa's best beach villas including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, modern gym, games room and library.

Whilst at Almanara you might not want to do anything other than relax but when you need a bit more activity there is plenty to do in and around the resort including kite surfing, wind surfing, snorkelling trips and horse riding.
