Kasaka River Lodge is a 20 bed luxury tented camp offering an authentic and memorable safari experience. Nestled on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Chiawa Game Management area it is set in a natural bush environment with each chalet secluded amongst the native flora, only 4 kilometers by road from the Lower Zambezi National Park.
As it is located in the Chiawa Conservancy, just outside of the Lower Zambezi National Park, Kasaka benefits from a lovely quiet location, with stunning views out to the Zambezi River. A wonderful place for your safari and somewhere that we would highly recommend.
The laid back feel of a stay at Kasaka extends to the feel for meals, although the quality of the food is exceptional, with fresh local ingredients being combined to create wonderful lunches and dinners. Meals are served in the main dining area or, if the weather permits, under the stars.
8 spacious tented suites look out onto the Zambezi River and are all comfortably furnished with large bathrooms at the rear. There is also their two bedroom suite called the Hippo Pod, which is an ideal option for families.
Children 7 and older are accepted, with the Hippo Pod an especially good option for families.
